I did not receive a post-test email. How do I access/complete it?

To complete your post-test, please Log In to your Profile. Once logged in, click on the Profile button, which appears next to your name. You will then be redirected to a page with five headers. The one on the far right will read My Live Events. Hover over My Live Events and click on Past Events. A list of your Past Live Events will appear. Once you see your desired event, click on the Take Post-Test button. 

How do I claim my CME certificate?

Once you have completed your Post-Test, you will either receive an email or the certificate will appear in the Credits section of your Profile. Click on Credits, find your desired event, and click on the Download Certificate button. If you receive an email, there will be a link to download the certificate.

How can I enroll for a live event on Omnia Education’s website?

On the homepage, click on the Live Events menu. You will then be directed to a series of live events. Click on your desired live event and you will be redirected to the event’s detail page. Click on the Enroll button, fill out your information, and click submit. You are now enrolled! You should receive a confirmation email shortly.

How can confirm I am enrolled for a live event?

A confirmation email should be sent to you. If not, you may Log In to confirm your enrollment. Please go to your Profile, hover over My Live Events, and then click on Upcoming Events. A list of your live events will appear. This serves as confirmation of your enrollment.

How can I cancel my enrollment?

Log In to your Profile, hover over My Live Events, and click on Upcoming Events. You will then see a list of your Live Events. Once you see your desired event, click on the Cancel button.

How do I update my Profile?

Log In to your Profile and an About Me page will appear. Type in your updates within the appropriate fields, and click Save Changes. These changes will now be reflected.

How can I access the syllabus?

First, log in to your Profile, go to your Upcoming Live Events, and click on the desired one. Once redirected, your syllabus will be available on the live event detail page (directly below the Meeting block information). 

How do I enroll in the simulcast?

Please contact Omnia Education at 800.889.4944 or by info@omniaeducation.com. Our registration specialist will provide you with a special enrollment link.

How do I access the simulcast on the day of the event?

Please visit your Profile, hover over My Live Events, click on Upcoming Events, and then the simulcast.

What is the best way to view the simulcast?

We strongly recommend watching the simulcast on either your laptop, desktop, or mobile device. For the best internet browser experience, we suggest using the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome.

If I did not receive a confirmation email, can you send me another one?

Absolutely! Please either contact us by phone or email and we will be sure to send you another confirmation email.
