Course Description
A full-day activity for physicians wanting to enhance their ablation procedure skills.
This advanced program is intended for those who already have an understanding of the fundamentals of endovenous ablation procedures.
The course includes a discussion of ultrasound diagnostics and endovenous ablation theory, as well as an opportunity to observe and learn advanced techniques conducted on live patients in a surgical practice environment.

Overall Educational Purpose
This continuing medical education activity focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of incompetent perforators. When participating in an Omnia Education activity, you can expect active learning that includes strategies for applying what you learn into your practice, and opportunities for interaction with faculty. You can expect to learn the following:
- The anatomy and pathophysiology of perforator veins
- The role of ultrasound in the diagnosis of incompetent perforators
- Advanced techniques for endovenous radiofrequency ablation, by way of workshop demonstrations

This course is designed to meet the Continuing Medical Education needs of Cardiologists, General Surgeons, Vascular Surgeons, Thoracic Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists and Interventional Cardiologists.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received prior to 14 days of the event, a registrant may receive full credit for a future Omnia Education course (to be used within 12 months) or the option of the course fee returned, less a $50 processing fee. If cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the conference, refunds are not available, however, a 50% credit will be applied towards a future Omnia Education course (to be used within 12 months). All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing either by mail, email or fax.
